The cables are not correctly connected.
→ Check cable connections and make sure
that all cables are fully inserted into the
terminals. In particular, check the
connection between the terminals (V1 and
V2) of the control box and distribution box.

Power is not connected to all units.
→ Check the power connection and connect
power to all units.

The following settings are not configured to the
same values for all lobby stations connected to
the same extension box.
– Camera Connection
– Camera Name

– Lift Signal Time
→ Configure the same values for the settings.
Camera
No image is displayed (blue
screen).
