5.4 Description of elevator function
Click on [Status] on the [Security] interface, and
then the user can check the real-time status info
of the curent device configured with the alarm zoo-
ms.
Click on [Record] on the [Security] interface to
check recent alarm records.
In the disarming or canceling operation process,
the user can enter “9” +canceling password to
send hijack help info to the service center.
For example, if user’s password is 123456, user
canenter 9123456 in cancel alarm interface, then
the alarm is canceled, and a hijack help informat-
ion is sent to the service center.

Click on [Elevator] to enter the elevator function
interface, and the user can call elevator and che-
ck the elevator’s status.
The elevator function needs support from the
matching elevator devices.

5.5 Description of video monitoring function
Video
monitoring
Click on [Monitor] to enter the video monitoring
interface. This interface displays a list of devices cap-
able of being monitored, include the IPC and out-
door unit.
The user can click on the icon in the monitor list to
view the video of the device. User also can add IPC
to the monitor list.
Others
The video monitoring time is 60 seconds. If the out-
door unit is busy, monitoring will fail. If the outdoor
unit performs other operations during video monit-
oring, the current video monitor will be terminated
in advance.

The device can receive messages from the service
centers or other room monitors .
The device will not receive messages from the blac-
klist in video intercom settings.
User can create a text message, input the number of
the receiver and the message data, then send it to
the other device.
Click on [message] on the main interface to check
messages received. Click on a certain message to
view the message detail info.
