14 Service Positions
14.1. Checking & Repairing Main
P.C.B.

Servicing Side A of Main P.C.B.
Step 1 Remove the top cover assembly & top shield to service
the side A of Main P.C.B.
Note: Side A of DVD Module P.C.B. can be checked at its
original position.

Servicing Side B of Main P.C.B.
Step 2 Remove the slide plate L.
Step 3 Remove 3 screws from Main P.C.B.
Step 4 Remove the tuner earth spring.
Caution Note: Keep the tuner earth spring in safe place.
Avoid denting the spring. Place the tuner earth spring back
during assembling.
Step 5 Remove 4 screws from the rear panel.
Step 6 Release the tab of the rear panel in the direction of
arrow.
Step 7 Remove Main P.C.B. from the rear panel.
Step 8 Flip Main P.C.B. to another side horizontally and
position it according to the diagram shown.
13 Service Fixture and Tools
Prepare service tools before proccess service position.

P.C.B. RFKZ0431 (50 pin FFC cable) [M]
Main P.C.B. - Digital P.C.B. RFKZ0432 (28 pin FFC cable) [M]
Main P.C.B. - AC-Inlet P.C.B. RFKZ0433 (4 pin wire) [M]
