11.2.3. DUCT VC A'SSY
1. Remove Crisper A'ssy and Plate Crisper
• Pull Crisper Case, take it out from each two portions of
Rail VC right and left.
• Pull Plate Crisper from upper side in VC.
-You can see the figure (11.2.2.(1)).
2. Remove two screws that are fixation of Duct VC A'SSY.
Remove Duct VC A’ssy toward you while pressing the
hook.
3. Remove Duct VC.
• Remove the connector of Damper Unit, then take Duct
VC A'ssy out.
• Take out INS Duct VCT and INS Duct VCB from two
hooks of Plate Duct VC.
• Peal off foam tape, remove Sensor VC from fixation part
of reverse side of Plate Duct VC.
• Pull Bag Joint out from storage part and cut Cable Tie of
Bag Joint, then take out wires and connector, disconnect
the connector.
11.2.4. SENSOR VC A’SSY AND DAMPER
UNIT
1. Separate INS Duct VCT and INS Duct VCB
• Peal off crepe tape, separate INS Duct VCT and INS
Duct VCB.
2. Remove each parts
• The point of replacement of Damper Unit.
a. Take Damper Unit out from INS Duct VCT and INS
Duct VCB.
b. Replace new one.
• The point of replacement of Sensor VC.
a. Take Damper Unit out from INS Duct VCT and INS
Duct VCB.
b. Cut off the original Sensor VC and replace new
one by using Scotch Locks.
NOTES
1. Install Damper Unit securely as before. It might become
cause of leakage of cooling air.
2. Put crepe tape on joint parts, after assembly INS Duct
VCT and INS Duct VCB.
3. Fix Sensor VC to the hooks of reverse side of Duct VC as
before.
4. Tighten Bag Joint that is put in the connector of Damper
Unit and Sensor VC by cable tie as before.
5. Store Bag Joint to the place as before.
