CARRY OUT PERIODIC MAINTE-
NANCE AND INSPECTION.
If you fail to carry out periodic inspection and
maintenance, the machine cannot exhibit its true
performance. Also, it may break down or produce
defectives.
Periodic inspection and maintenance should be
carried out by a trained person in charge of
maintenance according to the instructions in
MAINTENANCE MANUAL.
BEFORE PERFORMING AUTOMATIC
WIDTH ADJUSTMENT, BE SURE TO
VERIFY NO BOARDS OR OTHER
OBJECTS ARE ON THE CONVEYOR.
Boards or other objects may drop from the con-
veyor, causing damage to the boards or the ma-
chine.
If there are any boards or other objects on the
conveyor, turn OFF the servo switch and remove
them.

BE CAREFUL IN HAN-
DLING ADHESIVE.
Some kinds of adhesives are
harmful to the human body.
Follow the attached instruc-
tion manuals when using
adhesives.

HOT DISPENSING
VALVE
If the dispensing valve is turned
ON for more than about 30
seconds for operation such as
a dispensing check, the upper
part of the valve gets hot.
Do not touch the valve to
prevent a burn.

WATER LEAKAGE
Water may leak, resulting in machine trouble and
an electric shock if tubes from the temperature
control unit to the head drive or joints (or nipples)
for the tubes are removed.
Drain water by following the instruction manual
for the temperature control unit before removing
the tubes or the joints (or nipples).
