Going Unavailable
Changing your ACD state to Unavailable (going unavailable) is typically done when taking a break or
when you are away from your phone. Follow the instructions below to do this:
1.
Press the
More
softkey at the bottom of the screen once, then press the
Unavailable
softkey at
the bottom of the screen.
NOTE:
You will not be able to go unavailable if you are on an active call You will need to wait
until after the call has ended to go unavailable
