Error messages
If the unit detects a problem, one of the following messages is shown on the display.

Code Error
L
You entered the incorrect PIN code when you
entered the current PIN (page 25). Enter the
correct one.
L
You entered the incorrect PUK code. Check
PUK code and enter again.
Code don’t match
L
You entered the incorrect PIN code when you
entered to verify the new PIN (page 25). Enter
the correct one.
Error:00x
L
The base unit does not work properly; contact
your nearest Panasonic service centre for
further details.
Failed
L
Phonebook copy failed (page 20). Confirm the
other handset (the receiver) is in standby
mode and try again.
left retries:N
L
You entered the incorrect PIN or PUK code.
(N) shows how many times you can enter PIN
or PUK code until the SIM card will become
locked. Enter the correct PIN or PUK code.
GSM Out of Area
L
There is no network service in your current
location. Check the current status (page 13)
and move the base unit to a new location until
the GSM network indicator lights green.
Incomplete
L
The receiver’s phonebook memory is full.
Erase the unnecessary phonebook entries
from the other handset (the receiver) and try
again.
Insert SIM to base.
L
SIM card is inserted incorrectly or absent from
the base unit. Check and insert the SIM card
into the base unit correctly (page 9).
Memory Full
L
The handset phonebook memory is full. Erase
unnecessary entries (page 19).
No link to base.
Reconnect AC adaptor.
L
The handset has lost communication with the
base unit. Move closer to the base unit and try
again.
L
Unplug the base unit’s AC adaptor to reset the
unit. Reconnect the adaptor and try again.
L
The handset’s registration may have been
cancelled. Re-register the handset (page 27).
