This feature is used to receive External Delivery Messages.
Pick up a call
from the VPS.
Press 1 to
receive the
message.

4-digit Password
Enter the
password that the
sender assigned.
On-hook.
IF NEEDED
Press to
end the call.
• Receiving the message will be disabled if an incorrect password is
entered 3 times — however, if registered in the VPS, the Callback
Telephone Number and the sender’s extension number will be played.
