Troubleshooting
If you still have difficulties after following the instructions in this section, disconnect the AC
adaptor and turn off the handset, then reconnect the AC adaptor and turn on the handset.

You tried to send an SMS message to a phone
number saved in the handset phonebook, caller list,
or redial list that is over 20 digits long.
Memory Full

The handset’s phonebook memory is full. Erase
unnecessary entries (page 17).

Message memory becomes full. Erase
unnecessary messages (page 33).
