Ans
(Answer)
Answers the second call while keeping the first call on
hold.
Hold
Plays the pre-recorded hold message for the second
caller and the second call is put on hold.
Annc
Plays the pre-recorded busy message for the second
(Announcement) caller (Ex. “We are not available now”)
and hangs up the second call.
Fwd
(Forward)
Forwards the second call to your voice mail, if
applicable. Consult your telephone company about
voice mail services.
Drop
Hangs up the current call and answers the waiting
call.
Conf
Answers the second call and combines it with the first
(Conference)
call to make a conference call.
During a conference call,
you can choose either
“
Drop caller1
” or “
Drop caller2
” to hang up the
first or second call.
Return
Returns to the waiting caller, while keeping the
current call on hold.
