Log-in/Log-out of a specified
group
Used to have a Log-in/Log-out button for another incoming call distribution
group.
Log-in/Log-out for all groups
Used to have a Log-in/Log-out button for all groups.
Hurry-up

distribution group to the overflow destination.
Wrap-up
Used to switch the wrap-up status, Ready and Not Ready mode.
