Measure the radio signal strength by moving to and away from the CS.
a.
Move to the CS until the point the radio signal strength level becomes "12".
b.
Move away from the CS and identify the CS coverage area within which the radio signal strength
level is greater than "8". Draw the area on the map.
c.
Move away from the CS and identify the CS coverage area within which the radio signal strength
level is greater than "3". Draw the area on the map.
3.
Repeat the steps 1 and 2 for other CSs, and relocate the CSs when necessary.
a.
Overlap adjacent CS coverage areas where the radio signal strength level is "8" by 5 to 10 meters
(16 to 33 feet).
