Using the Phonebook

Finding Items in the Phonebook

Make sure that the unit is in the standby mode.
All phonebook items are sorted in the following order:
Alphabet Letter/Symbol/Number/Telephone Number (when a name is not stored).

• The first item is displayed.
• If ‘

No Stored Memory

’ is displayed, the phonebook is empty. The handset will

return to the standby mode.

Press the dialling button for the first letter of the desired name until any name
with the same initial is displayed.
