2.3.3 Answering a Call Ringing at Another Telephone (Call
Pickup)
You can answer an incoming call that is ringing at another extension from your phone without leaving
your desk.
The following types are available:
Outside (CO) Call Pickup: Picks up an outside call.
Group Call Pickup: Picks up a call ringing at an extension within your extension group.
Directed Call Pickup: Picks up a specified extension's call.
Off-hook.
Enter extension
number.

Dial 4 for an outside call
or 40 for group.
Dial 41 for directed call.
