These and other problems may occur if there is a problem with
the quality of your wireless router’s signals.
→ Refer to the operating instructions supplied with your
wireless router and change its channel setting.
→ If the problem continues, refer to the following.

A microwave oven or other device that generates electrical
radiation is interfering with the signals from your wireless
router.
→ Reposition your wireless router, smartphone, or the
interfering device.
→ Do not use the interfering device while you are using the
app.

Several other devices (computers, smartphones, tablets, etc.)
are accessing your wireless network at the same time.
→ Wait and try again later.

There are many other wireless networks in close proximity to
yours.
→ Reposition your wireless router.
R
Objects such as walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, etc. are
obstructing, reflecting, or absorbing wireless network signals.
→ Reposition your wireless router or smartphone.
→ Move any objects that may be causing the signal
degradation.
