SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Before connecting the Trunk Adaptor, confirm that the Trunk Adaptor supports the intended operating
environment.
•
If the Trunk Adaptor does not operate properly, disconnect the AC adaptor cord and LAN cable, then
connect again.
•
The Trunk Adaptor may not operate in the event of a power failure.
•
Do not move the Trunk Adaptor while it is in use.
•
If you cannot make or receive calls, refer to the troubleshooting for this Trunk Adaptor or the PBX. If
the problem is not resolved, consult your dealer.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
•
Keep a copy of all important data (such as your network information) before sending the machine for
repair.
•
The Trunk Adaptor can store your private/confidential information. To protect your privacy/
confidentiality, we recommend that you initialise the Trunk Adaptor to erase all user data and restore
the factory default settings before you dispose, transfer or return the Trunk Adaptor.

In this manual, the suffix of each model number (e.g., KX-NS8290
CE
) is omitted unless necessary.
