Jams

Sending document jams

If the unit does not release the document when feeding, remove the document.

Slide the cover open lever forward.

The cover is under tension to improve print
quality. Pull up hard enough to open.

Remove the jammed document carefully.

Close the cover securely by pushing down on
the dotted area on each side.
