Possible situation
Please confirm the following
After the product stops operation or when the room is cold,
there may be condensation. This is normal.
Is the tray fit into the interior of the product?
Is the product titled?
Please place the product on the level and stable table or floor.

The water amount in the
tank is not reduced, and
the product does not
humidify, but the
operation indicator is on.
The humidity does not

Even if there is water in
the tank, the water fill

Have you applied actions such as shaking, tilting and impacting
onto the product?
Disconnect the power plug, and then reinsert the power plug.
Is the product overturned?
Disconnect the power plug.
Erect the product. (Wipe the water off the precut)
Keep the product idle for half a day.
(Doing this is to dry the product thoroughly in case water
drops into the product.)
Power the product on again, and it will operate.

Is the humidifying filter dirty? (P.18~19)
Is the anti-fungus assembly installed properly? (P.19)
Is the tray fit into the interior of the product?
Does the humidity sign indicate “70% or more”?
With “Air volume” set to “Auto”, for example in the “Full Auto”
mode, the product will stop humidifying when display “70% or
more” in order to ensure the applicable humidity.
Is the humidifying filter installed properly? (P.18~19)
When the humidifying is installed incorrectly, the product will
sound abnormally, and not humidify.
Is the room ventilated, or has laid the carpet onto the floor?
If there is floor carpet, the humidity may be difficult to increase
sometimes, depending on the specific ventilation, floor and wall
material.
Is the room size is too large for the product? (P.27)
