Troubleshooting

Procedure

Open the front door of the
finisher.

Press the orange lever as
shown in the diagram and
pull out the staple
cartridge.

Open the cover of the
staple cartridge as shown
in the diagram and remove
the jammed staples.

When removing
jammed staples, take
care not to injure
your fingers.

If the staples could not be
removed, push in the
direction of the arrow to
remove the staples.

Contact your local authorized
Panasonic service representative if
the problems could not be resolved
even after trying out the solutions
described on the right.

If pressing the orange lever does not
free the staple cartridge, use your
hand to remove it.
