Using a conventional port
replicator
When using a conventional port replicator (such as the CF-VEB272AW /
CF-VEB272A2W), refer to the following cautions instead of the ones in
Reference
Manual
“Port Replicator / Car Mounter”.
Use CF-AA5713A or CF-AA1653A.
If you use an AC adaptor other than the above, the computer may become battery
operation state, the battery indicator may blink red, etc.
The CPU clock rate is lowered.
<When the discrete GPU with higher power consumption is activated>
The discrete GPU will be forcibly deactivated, and the Intel
®
GPU with lower power
consumption will be activated.
If you connect a conventional port replicator to the computer while the computer is
turned on, a message that prompts you to restart the computer will appear. Follow the
instructions, and restart the computer.
<Only for CF-VEB272AW>
To connect a USB 2.0 device, use the USB port of the computer.

Slide the power switch for 4 seconds or longer to shut down the computer, and then slide the
power switch to turn it on. If the application program does not work normally, uninstall and
reinstall the program. To uninstall,

(Start) - [Control Panel] - [Uninstall a program].
