3.1 Introduction
See Chapter 1, Installation , and Chapter 2, Initial Setup , to prepare the Model XMT868i system for operation. When the
meter is ready to take measurements, proceed with this chapter. The following specific topics are discussed:

Note: All inputs and outputs of the Model XMT868i are calibrated at the factory, prior to shipment. If it becomes
necessary to recalibrate any of the inputs and/or outputs, see Chapter 1, Calibration , of the Service Manual
for instructions.
