Using the protective cover
The cover protects your handheld screen when it is not in use.
Universal connector
Connects your handheld to the cradle, which in turn
connects to the back of your computer and through the AC
adapter to the wall current. This enables you to recharge
your handheld as well as update the information between
your handheld and your computer, using HotSync
technology.
The universal connector also connects peripheral hardware
devices to your handheld, such battery pack, HotSync cable
or portable keyboard (sold separately).
To install the cover:
Align the cover tabs with the notches on the
back of your handheld, and then press the center
release button while inserting the tabs into the
notches.
To remove the cover:
Press the center release button while lifting
the cover from the back of the handheld.
