MAC CONTROL
The
MAC Address Display
page will allow you to view the different mac addresses passing through the
ports on the switch. You can click on a port and see the mac address associated with that port. The
following image illustrates this.
After you have selected a port, you can click
bind
on a mac address entry and the switch will bind that
mac address to the current port. Data from any other mac address will be denied on that port.
The
Static MAC Address
page will allow you to bind a mac address to a port on the switch. You can
select a port and then enter the
VLAN ID
that the device with the specified mac address will be on
