The repeat offline message field is set to 1 time by default.

You can select which devices are included in the default alert. By default, all Pakedge devices are
included. Click
Create
to finalize your settings.

You can also create a second custom alert in case you wish to have different alert settings for
different devices. Simply click the
icon to create a new alert.

Fill out the necessary information and click
Create
when finished. Be sure to select the devices you
want to include in this alert.
Note: There is a default Patroller alert that is sent out when the patroller loses communication with
the cloud. For example, if a site loses power, you will only receive a single notification from BakPak
saying your patroller is offline.
