Scanning Across VLANs
The NP36 can scan across VLANs to discover devices on the network. To allow scanning across VLANs,
please follow the steps below:
1.
Navigate to the Profile page.
2.
Hover over your profile and select the
icon.
3.
Enter the VLAN information for your network. In the example below,
192.168.51.1
is the first IP
address of VLAN 1, so we enter 1 as the VLAN ID.
Note
: If your network has a different IP scheme than the Pakedge default, you will need to put in the
appropiate network information. For example, if your VLAN 1 IP scheme is 10.0.0.X, you would enter
10.0.0.1 as the IP address.

Click on the
icon to add a space for another VLAN. We have added VLAN2 and VLAN3 in this
example.
