Fig.21 Per eseguire l’eventuale sostituzione procedere
come segue:
•
A - B - C: Smontare il pannello nero che supporta la
griglia appoggio prodotti tramite le 2 viti poste lateral-
mente (dx – sx);
•
D: Allentare le viti che sostengono lo sportellino fronta-
le del vano resistenze;
•
E - F: Sfilare i cavi che collegano la resistenza dan-
neggiata, dai morsetti laterali in ceramica;
•
G - H: Allentare il coperchio laterale destro;
•
I - L - M: Sfilare la resistenza rotta e sostituirla con
cura, facendo molta attenzione al senso in cui era mon-
tata la precedente: è importante che la parte opaca
bianca, venga rimontata frontalmente alla posizio-
ne dell’operatore.
•
Ripristinare lo stato iniziale della macchina
eseguendo le operazioni in senso contrario.
Vi ricordiamo che, nel caso di una macchina con versio-
ne 4kw, la lampada differente (2000W) è la prima in alto.
É vietato utilizzare la macchina prima di avere ripristi-
nato tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza.
INFRA RED LAMPS
Fig.21 To proceed with the exchange of the infra red lamps,
proceed like the following:
•
A - B - C: Get off the black panel that supports the
grate supports products through the 2 set of grapevines
(left and rights);
•
D: Loosen the grapevines that support the frontal plate
of the heaters box;
•
E - F: Unthread the cables that connect the damaged
lamps, from the sides ceramics blocks;
•
G - H: Loosen the side right cover;
•
I - L - M: Unthread the broken lamp and replace it with
care, doing much attention to the sense in which the
previous broken one was climbed: it is important that
the opaque white part, comes frontally to the
position of the operator.
•
Restore the initial state of the machine performing the
operations in opposite sense.
We wish to remind that, in case of 4Kw version machine,
the different lamp (2000W) is the one on the very top side.
It is forbidden to use the machine before having
restored all the safety devices.
