5 FUNZIONAMENTO
5.1 Addetti
La Macchina è stata concepita per l’utilizzo da parte
di un solo Operatore.
Il Personale addetto ad operare sulla Macchina, deve pos-
sedere (oppure acquisire tramite adeguata formazione ed
addestramento) i requisiti di seguito indicati, ed essere,
inoltre, a conoscenza del presente Manuale e di tutte le
informazioni relative alla Sicurezza :
•
Cultura generale e tecnica a livello sufficiente per com-
prendere il contenuto del Manuale ed interpretare cor-
rettamente Disegni e Schemi;
•
Conoscenza delle principali Norme igieniche,
antinfortunistiche e tecnologiche;
•
Conoscenza complessiva della linea e dello stabilimen-
to in cui è inserita la Macchina;
•
Esperienza specifica nelle tecnologie di lavorazione su
materiale termoretraibile;
•
Sapere come comportarsi in caso di Emergenza, dove
reperire i mezzi di protezione individuale e come usarli
correttamente.
5 OPERATION
5.1 Employees
The Machine has I stayed projected to be used by ONE
operator only.
The employed Personnel to operate on the Machine, must
have (or acquire through adequate formation and training)
the following knowledge and know, besides, all the Safely
information brought in this book:
•
Have a sufficient general and technique Culture for
understanding this Manual and correctly interpret
Sketches and electrical Schemes;
•
Acquaintance of the principal hygienic, accident-
prevention and technological Norms;
•
General Acquaintance of the line and of the
establishment where the machine is working;
•
Specific Experience in the technologies of workmanship
on shrink wrapping materials;
•
Know how behave in case of Emergency, where find
the individual protection means and know how use them
correctly.
I Manutentori, oltre alle caratteristiche sopra descritte,
devono avere anche una adeguata preparazione
Tecnica atta a soddisfare le specifiche competenze nei
settori in cui operano. The maintenance people, beyond to the above
described characteristics, must have an adequate
T e c h n i c a l p r e p a r a t i o n t o s a t i s f y t h e s p e c i f i c
competence in the sectors where they are operating.
É vietato fare utilizzare la macchina a persone che non
abbiano i requisiti richiesti. The use of the machine is forbidden to people that
don’t have the necessary skills.
5.2 Controlli preliminari
Prima della messa in funzione della Macchina, è ne-
cessario eseguire una serie di verifiche e controlli allo
scopo di prevenire errori od incidenti durante la fase
di Messa in funzione.
•
Verificare che la Macchina non abbia subito danni du-
rante la fase di montaggio.
•
Verificare, con particolare cura, l’integrità di quadri elet-
trici, pannelli di comando, cavi elettrici.
•
Controllare l’esatto collegamento di tutte le fonti di ener-
gia esterne.
•
Verificare il libero movimento e la eventuale libera ro-
tazione di tutte le parti mobili.
5.2 Preliminary Controls
Before operating the Machine, it is necessary to
perform a series of verifications and controls with the
purpose of preventing incidental or faults during the
operation.
•
Verify that the Machine has not suffered damages during
while assembling it.
•
Carefully verify, the integrity of electric boards,
equipment and cables.
•
Check the right connection of all the external energy
fonts.
•
Verify the free movement and the eventually free
rotation of all the mobile parts.

i controlli preliminari.
It is forbidden to use the machine before having effected the preliminary controls.
