3.2 Uso Previsto
La Macchina IR550 è concepita e costruita per il
confezionamento dei prodotti con film termoretraibile. È
prevista solo per il funzionamento manuale (sotto control-
lo Operatore).
3.2 Scheduled Use
The Machine IR550 has been conceived and built for the
packaging of the products with shrink wrapping film. It has
been scheduled for the manual operation only (under the
control of an operator).
3.3 Usi vietati
La Macchina non deve essere utilizzata :
•
Per utilizzi diversi da quelli esposti al Paragrafo 3.2;
•
In atmosfera esplosiva, aggressiva o ad alta con-
centrazione di polveri o sostanze oleose in sospen-
sione nell’aria;
•
In atmosfera a rischio d’incendio;
•
Esposta alle intemper ie;
•
Con interblocchi elettromagnetici esclusi;
•
Con ponticelli elettrici e/o mezzi meccanici che
escludano utenze/parti della Macchina stessa;
•
Per la lavorazione di materiali non idonei alle carat-
teristiche della Macchina;
•
Senza la griglia di appoggio prodotto.
3.3 Forbidden Uses
The Machine must not be used:
•
For different use from those exposed the 3.2
Paragraph;
•
In explosive atmosphere, aggressive or to high
concentration of dusts or oily substances in
suspension in the air;
•
In fire risk at mosphere;
•
Exposed to the bad whether;
•
With electromagnetic blocks excluded;
•
With electric “by-pass” and/ or mechanical means
that they excludes parts of the Machine itself;
•
For the workmanship of materials not fit to the
characteristics of the Machine;
•
Without the support product net.
3.4 Zone pericolose

La zona in cui viene caricato il prodotto da confezionare,
viene definita come zona di lavoro (A). La Zona in cui
avviene la saldatura del Film termoretraibile e la parte
sottostante la macchina , che comprendono gli organi in
movimento e le zone calde, vengono definite “zone peri-
colose”.
3.4 Dangerous Zones

The zone where the product is lay over, comes definite
like working area (A). The area where the sealing of the
product is done and the underlying part the machine,
comes definite «dangerous zones» (they includes the
moving parts and the hot zones)
