6 MANUTENZIONE
6.1 Isolamento della macchina
La manutenzione deve essere eseguita da personale
specializzato, a macchina ferma, fredda e con l’inter-
ruttore generale sulla posizione -0-.
La macchina è stata progettata e costruita con criteri di
qualità e robustezza per assicurarne il perfetto funziona-
mento nel tempo. Non è previsto un programma di manu-
tenzione per la versione standard.
6 MAINTENANCE
6.1 Isolation of the machine
The maintenance must always be performed by
specialised personnel, with the machine cold, stopped
and with the general main switch in - 0- position.
The machine has been projected and built with criterions
of quality and sturdiness to ensure the perfect working in
the time. It has NOT been scheduled a maintenance
program for the standard version.
6.2 Precauzioni particolari
Nell’effettuare i lavori di Manutenzione o Riparazione, è
bene applicare quanto di seguito consigliato :
•
Prima di iniziare i lavori, esporre un cartello “ IMPIAN-
TO IN MANUTENZIONE “ in posizione ben visibile;
•
Non utilizzare solventi e materiali infiammabili;
•
Prestare attenzione a non disperdere nell’ambiente li-
quidi;
•
Non salire sugli organi della Macchina, in quanto non
sono stati progettati per sostenere le Persone;
•
Alla fine dei lavori, ripristinare e fissare correttamente
tutte le protezioni e i ripari rimossi o aperti;
É vietato fare manutenzione sulla macchina accesa,
calda e con l’interruttore generale sulla posizione -
1-.
6.2 Particular Precautions
While making the Maintenance or Reparation jobs, it is
better to act as per the recommended here below:
•
before starting a jobs, expose a poster” PLANT In
MAINTENANCE” in a good visible position;
•
don’t use solvents and materials inflammable;
•
pay attention and not disperse liquids in the
environment;
•
don’t get on the organs of the Machine, as they have
not been projected to support People;
•
at the end of the job, restore and fix correctly all the
protections and the shelters removed or opened;
It is forbidden to make maintenance on the machine
lighted on, hot and with the main general switch on -
1- position.
6.4 Pulizia
La pulizia deve essere eseguita a macchina ferma e
con l’interruttore generale sulla posizione -0-.
È bene provvedere giornalmente alla completa pulizia della
Macchina, in particolare, all’eliminazione degli scarti ed
alla pulizia della campana di saldatura e del piano di ap-
poggio prodotto.
Prima di effettuare le operazioni di pulizia, l’Operatore deve
munirsi di mezzi idonei alla protezione individuale.
É vietato:
•
pulire la macchina quando è accesa e con l’inter-
ruttore generale sulla posizione -1-;
•
smaltire gli scarti di lavorazione in modo non con-
forme alle vigenti norme in materia;
6.4 Cleaning
The cleaning must be performed with stopped machine
and with the main general switch on - 0- position.
It is better to daily provide the complete cleaning of the
Machine, particularly, for the elimination of the film waste,
the cleaning of the sealing area and the cleaning of the
product support surface
Before effecting the operations of cleaning, the Operator must
protect itself with an adequate individual protection equipment.
It is forbidden:
•
to clean the machine when the machine is lighted
on and with the general switch is on - 1- position;
•
throw away the film waste in a non conforming way
to the actual norms in role;
