Removing the pump
Remove the high pressure hose. It may also be necessary to remove the suction hose.
Always unplug the paint sprayer and carry out the procedure for pressure relief
before performing any repair on the pump.
1.
Remove the mounting screws and
take off the front cover.
2.
Remove the left and right covers and
the gear cover.
3.
Remove the cables between the motor and the electronic control panel and
between the pressure adjustment valve and the electronic control panel.
