Hold the spray gun firmly against the container. Aim the spray gun down into the
container. Release the locking pin and release the gun to release the pressure.

Engage the locking pin again.
7.
If you suspect that the nozzle or hose is clogged or the pressure is not completely
relieved:
a)
Loosen the nozzle holder nut or hose assembly VERY SLOWLY in order to gradually
relieve the pressure.
b)
Loosen the nut or assembly completely.
c)
Remove the cause of the blockage.
Flushing the storage liquid
The equipment is delivered with a small amount of test material in the system.
It is
important that this is flushed out before the equipment is used for the first
time. See the instructions in the sections “Cleaning fluid” on page 31 and “Earthing”
on page 32 for more information when using oil-based materials.
1.
Carry out the procedure for pressure relief.
2.
Make sure the ON/OFF switch is set to OFF.
3.
Separate the return hose (small) from the suction hose (large).
4.
Place the return hose in a waste container.
