7.3 Changing the roller (see Figures 15-19)

Be sure to wear work gloves!

Only replace the roller with a genuine Einhell rol-

ler, as this will ensure top performance and safety 

under all conditions.

available aerator roller (Fig. 17/Item D, Art. No.: 

34.055.72), proceed as follows: Remove the two 

socket head screws (Fig. 15/Item A). Lift the roller 

on this side and pull out in the direction of the 

arrow (Fig. 16). Pull the holder (Fig. 17/Item A) o

  

the roller used before and then 

fi

 t it to the roller to 

be used now. Slide the new roller in the direction 

of the arrow (Fig. 19) onto the square-ended drive 

(Fig. 18/Item A) and press into the holder (Fig. 

19). Use the two socket head screws (Fig. 18/Item 

A) to secure the roller again.

Apply grease to the square-ended drive from time 

to time so that the rollers can be changed easily.

8. Storage and transport

Storage

Store the equipment and accessories out of 

children‘s reach in a dark and dry place at above 

freezing temperature. The ideal storage tempera-

ture is between 5 and 30 °C. Store the machine in 

its original packaging.

Transport

• 

 Switch the machine off and isolate it from the 

power supply before transporting it.

• 

 Fit the shipping protectors, if any.

• 

 Protect the machine from damage and the 

strong vibrations that can occur particularly 

when transporting in vehicles.

• 

 Secure the machine against slipping and tip-

ping over.

9. Disposal and recycling

The equipment is supplied in packaging to pre-

vent it from being damaged in transit. The raw 

materials in this packaging can be reused or 

recycled. The equipment and its accessories are 

made of various types of material, such as metal 

and plastic. Never place defective equipment in 

your household refuse. The equipment should 

be taken to a suitable collection center for proper 

disposal. If you do not know the whereabouts of 

such a collection point, you should ask in your 

local council o
