guarantee and warranty
There is a two-year manufacturer guarantee on flawless quality and
professional processing of material for the Freshair. Your invoice serves as
certificate of warranty. Guarantees do not apply if the defect concerned can
be traced back to improper handling or to normal wear and tear or if an
outside party has changed the device or interfered with it in any manner. If
you wish to claim under guarantee, please contact your oxytec dealer. The
photozone lamps are exempt from the warranty since they have a lifespan
of
10 000
hours of operation.
