Suitable measures (e.g. safety valves) have to be
taken to ensure that the maximum operating pres-
sures and maximum and minimum operating tem-
perature are not exceeded or undercut.

5 Installation
The connection threads of the ball valves are equip-
ped with protection caps. To avoid any damage,
they must only be removed shortly before the in-
stallation of the dwelling station “Regudis W”.
The pipework has to be flushed thoroughly before in-
stalling the ball valve connector block.
Observe warning advice under paragraph 2
(safety notes)!
– Do not use any lubricant or oil when installing
the valve as these may destroy the seals. All dirt
particles and lubricant or oil residues must be
removed from the pipework by flushing the lat-
ter.
– When choosing the operating fluid, the latest
technical development has to be considered (e.g.
VDI 2035).
– Please protect against external forces (e.g. im-
pacts, vibrations etc.).
5.1 Installation “Regudis W” – type GSWB
Installation of the ball valve connector block “Regudis
W”-type GSWB - 134 11 82
Provide for a peripheral distance of 100 mm towards
any obstruction.

When installing the ball valve connector block in a
flush-mounted cabinet, the prefabricated fixing points
must be used.
6 Operation
Before putting the installation into operation, the sys-
tem has to be filled and bled with due consideration
of the permissible operating pressures.
7 Maintenance
The ball valve connector block is maintenance-free.
8 Warranty
Oventrops warranty conditions valid at the time of
supply are applicable.
After installation, check all installation points for le-
aks.
