Warranty Terms
1. We grant a warranty of 24 months to consumers for private use of the device
Date of purchase. This device is not intended for commercial use. If this device is used commercially, the warranty is void.
2. Prerequisite for our warranty are the purchase of the device in Germany at one of our Distributor and the sending of a
copy of the proof of purchase to us. If the device is located abroad at the time of the warranty claim, it must be provided
to us at the buyer's expense to provide the warranty. Please contact our service in case of uncertainty.
3. Defects must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of being recognizable. Consists If the warranty claim is justified,
we decide how to remedy the damage / defect, whether by replacing a similar or higher quality device or by refunding
the purchase price.
4. Warranty services are not provided for defects that are based on non-compliance with the instructions for use, improper
handling or normal wear and tear of the device. Warranty claims are also excluded for easily breakable parts, such as
