Basic Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
Steering does not seem to
work correctly or does not
work at all
•
Calibrate the GameCycle
using the instructions in
section entitled Calibration Settings for GameCycle.
Select “Standard” calibration.
TV is Blank
•
Turn on the LCD TV
by pushing the power button
on top of the LCD TV. The LCD TV may have to be
turned on separately from the GameCube and
GameCycle
•
Ensure that the TV is properly connected to the
GameCube & is set to the correct A/V mode
.

Instruction Booklet
TV has blue screen or shows
nothing even when turned
ON.
•
Press the “SOURCE” or “INPUT” button
on the
LCD TV until in AV mode. This will depend on where
the AV connections are made on the back of the LCD
TV, and your TV model. Please consult the TV’s
operating manual on how to operate your LCD TV
•

Game not starting properly
while in QuickStart mode
•
Check if the memory card is properly inserted
in slot 1 of the GameCube
•
Ensure
selected game disc
is inside the Nintendo
GameCube
•
Restart
the GameCycle system by switching off and
on by pressing the power switch at the back bottom
GameCycle not responding
to user input, or general
failure
•
Check all connections
such as power and
GameCube cables.
•
Restart the GameCycle system
by switching off
and on the power outlet bar
