The center displays a blinking column amongst columns representing the
program you have chosen and indicating your current position in the program

The top-center part of the screen displays the program chosen, as well as a
three-letter code for the game currently being played

The button on the top-right allows you to adjust the current resistance

button switches steering between forward and reverse modes

The time or duration of the current session is shown in the top-left part of the
main screen

The distance covered (in miles) is shown underneath the time

The approximate number of Calories expended is shown below the distance

button completes the session in progress and displays a screen

Adjusting Resistance during Game-play
The GameCycle allows smooth variation of the resistance of the crank arms when
cranking forward or backward, during use.
In order to access this menu-option, please press the
button from the main
screen. You will be shown the session resistance screen that will allow you to change
the current resistance. Please note that if you have selected a program such as interval
or hill, the overall program resistance will adjust accordingly.
Use the
and
buttons respectively to increase or decrease the resistance to a
level between 0 and 19. Default level is set to 3.
When done, hit the
button to continue.
