I changed my smartphone. Can I register the
SmartLink™ Feeder to my app and use it again?
If you change your smartphone, you can use the
SmartLink™ Feeder again. To use it, you have to
download the IntelligentPetLink™ app again and
register the SmartLink™ Feeder to the app.
When I have multiple pets at home, can the
SmartLink™ Feeder be set to open the lid just
for a specified pet?
Yes. If you want the SmartLink™ Feeder’s lid to open
just for a particular pet(s), have the particular pet’s
SmartLink™ Tag(s) pair to the SmartLink™ Feeder. In
case you want multiple pets to use one SmartLink™
Feeder, purchase additional SmartLink™ Tags and pair
them to the SmartLink™ Feeder.
