What is the “Your Pet” in Healthcare Log?
If you first register your product, “Your Pet” automati-
cally appears as your Healthcare Log. You can edit it to
your own pet’s name from “Edit”.
What does it mean when the loading icon appears
from time to time?
If you see the loading icon running, it means the app
is gathering data.
Can my family and friends download the App and see
the Device Activity simultaneously?
You can register multiple products (i.e.SmartScoop
®
or
SmartLink™ Feeder
) to your App.
But, one product cannot be register to multiple phones.
