6.1 Safety instructions
Safety notices for tray module
CAUTION
Accidental activation of swivel function
Pinching, crushing, tipping or falling due to operator error
► Activate the tray module swivel function only when the wheelchair control is switched off (never when in
motion) and only when the power wheelchair is positioned securely.
► Only remove the tray when the power wheelchair is positioned securely and the wheelchair control is off.
CAUTION
Reaching into swivel region
Pinching or crushing of limbs (e.g. fingers) due to lack of caution in danger areas
► Do not reach into the swivel region.
NOTICE
Improper use of power swivel function
Damage to product due to excessive strain

Note that the product is intended solely for short-term limited use, not for continuous operation. For this reas­
on, the swivel function should only be triggered when required.
► Only activate the power swivel function if there are no faults or errors.

The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage caused by moving the product back and forth repeatedly
and without purpose.

The product is flame retardant. Nevertheless, the possibility that it may catch fire cannot be entirely excluded
in case of exposure to an ignition source. Therefore, the utmost caution must be exercised in the vicinity of an

► Do not pinch the user when sliding in the product.

► Please note that the user may be crushed by the tray in the event of a collision. Avoid collisions.

Injuries due to unsecured objects
► Remove all objects from the tray top prior to travelling.
