The carbon fiber spring may be shortened no
further than the marking, since otherwise it is
not possible to fix it in the foot part safely. Round
off cut edges.
NOTICE
Damage due to wrong tools.
Please use the
649Z12 Sanding Brush to smooth the sanded
areas, since otherwise the carbon fiber spring
could suffer premature wear and possibly
break (suffer a loss of function).
To adapt the carbon fiber spring to the lower
leg, the insert must be mounted on the appropri-
ate places and sanded. If need be, cavities must
be filled in.
The integrated outer position allows the carbon
fiber spring to run in the direction of the second
metatarsophalangeal joint when it is positioned
correctly in the foot part (cf. sketch 1).
