1.4 Safety instructions
NOTICE
Damage due to wrong positioning of boreholes.
Please make bore holes in the middle of the
carbon fiber spring, since otherwise the carbon fiber spring could suffer premature wear and
possibly break in the area of the bore holes.
NOTICE
Damage due to wrong tools.
Only use sharp tools to avoid ripping out material when drilling.
File the bore holes with countersinks, since otherwise the carbon fiber spring could suffer pre-
mature wear and possibly break in the area of the bore holes.
NOTICE
Damage due to wrong positioning of boreholes.
Please pay attention to the position of the
bore holes in the fixed and bending area, since otherwise the carbon fiber spring could suffer
premature wear and possibly break (suffer a loss of function).
NOTICE
Damage due to thermal deformation.
The carbon spring must not be postformed or reshaped
by heat application, because this will result in a destruction of the component.
NOTICE
Damage due to material weakening.
The carbon fiber spring may not be ground or cut in the
movement area, since otherwise the carbon fiber spring could suffer premature wear and pos-
sibly break (suffer a loss of function).
