Chocolate Cookie Thickshake
4 chocolate cookies, roughly chopped
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
1 cup milk
1 tablespoons cocoa powder
Melted chocolate and crushed
chocolate cookies, to serve
1. Place all ingredients into your
CoolBlend Jug and secure the lid.
2. Process on High for 30 seconds or
until smooth.
3. Serve with melted chocolate drizzled
over the top and crushed cookies.
Serve.
Coconut and Chia Smoothie
2 cups coconut water
2 young coconut, flesh removed
1 frozen banana, peeled
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground mixed spice
Pinch of ground turmeric
1. Place all ingredients into your

2. Process on High for 30 seconds or
until smooth.
3. Serve.
Tropical Delight
1 mango, peeled , stone removed
¼ rock melon, peeled, seeds removed
1 ½ cups coconut water
½ cup coconut cream
½ cup crushed ice

Peach Smoothie
2 peaches, stone removed
1 cup greek yoghurt
1 cup milk
½ cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

2. Process on High for 30 seconds or
until smooth.
3. Serve.
