Banana Oat Protein Smoothie
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 bananas
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 ice cubes
1. Place all the ingredients into the
CoolBlend jug and secure the lid.
2. Process on high for 45 seconds.
Lime Protein Shake
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon lime juice
Zest of one lime
1 teaspoon maple syrup
4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1. Place all the ingredients into the
CoolBlend jug and secure the lid.
2. Process on high for 45 seconds.
