5. Revise siempre que las planchas estén engrasadas antes de cocinar, así podrá
quitar los postres con facilidad.
Recipes
CHEESE BREAD
500 gr Sour Starch
180 ml Milk (room temperature)
200 ml Hot Water
100 ml Oil
100 gr Parmesan Cheese
1 egg
20 gr Salt
Beat egg. Add milk, oil, sour starch and salt and mix well. Add hot water and mix.
Add parmesan cheese and mix until the dough is smooth and uniform. Row the
batter in your hands to form dough balls that are no larger than 2.5 cm in diameter.
Lightly spray cooking plates with a cooking oil spray. Place one dough ball in each
of the pan holes on preheated cheese bread maker. Make sure to not overfill. Gently
close lid, ensuring latch locks into place.
Allow to cook for approximately 7 minutes or until golden.
To remove cheese breads always use heat resistant plastic or wooden spatula.
GUAVA STUFFED CHEESE BREAD
250 g sweet starch
240 ml milk
60 ml oil
1 tablespoon butter
250 g minas cheese
50 g parmesan cheese
1½ egg
15 g salt
240 ml diced guava paste
Beat eggs. Add milk, oil, sweet starch and salt and mix well. Add grated cheeses
and mix until the dough is smooth and uniform. Row the batter in your hands to form
dough balls that are no larger than 2.5 cm in diameter. Place a small dice guava
paste within the dough ball.
Lightly spray cooking plates with a cooking oil spray. Place one dough ball in each
of the pan holes on preheated cheese bread maker. Make sure to not overfill. Gently
close lid, ensuring latch locks into place.
