EB3450 Power Consumption
The EB3450 expansion unit draws 295W (Fan + SNMP + Bac Interface board) of power without any
boards / cards in the backplane.

Backplane - A single BP capable of powering all slots (but not additional GPU power) is 564W. It will draw this power if it is
populated in all 5 downstream slots with 75W boards (again, no additional GPU power). Without any boards at all in the BP, it will
draw max 190W.
