3.6.4 Fitting of the return trip pipe to coil and lower
cy sensor
Pipe runs to return connections (A) and coil
connections (B) as required, and fitted with
suitable thread sealant.
Safety valve for the lower cylinder (3) can be
mounted somewhere else in the circuit if all
connections to the lower cylinder have to be
used. The heating circuit should have a safety
valve.
Sensor slot for the temperature sensor can be
mounted in the connection (C).
Connection dimensions: see section 3.4.1.

3.6 Pipe installation
3.6.1 Incoming water pressure
The efficiency of the product depends on the in-
coming cold water pressure. The water pressure
should be min. 2 bar and max. 6 bar throughout
the day. Excessive water pressure can be adjusted
by installing a pressure reduction valve.
3.6.2 Fitting cold and hot water pipes (CW-HW)
and overflow pipes
A) Turn the mixer valve to the desired position.
• Tighten ring clamp to the cylinder (see
3.5.3)
B) CW/HW pipes of suitable size run to
mixer valve and tightened (see 3.5.3)
• With larger pipes, a reducer with 1/2 "inside
thread ma be used.
C) Overflow pipe (1) > 18 mm inside, run to the
safety valve(s);
• Connected to waste 3/4” internal thread.
• Clear, undamaged and frost-free with a fall
to the drain.
The product is designed to be permanently con-
nected to the mains water supply. Approved pipes
of the correct size should be used for installation.
The relevant standards and regulations must be
followed.
