In the SETTINGS MODE, buttons lead to specialized screens to setup the measurement characteristics,
define alarm thresholds and modify the nuclide library.
All commands of the
SETTINGS MODE
menu are shown in Figure

. The screen contains a set of
icons that represent the different setting submenus. You can navigate through the commands by press-
ing the
NEXT
button. Each time you press
NEXT
, the icon chosen will have a highlighted background. In

SYSTEM
icon is highlighted in blue. The
NEXT
button will move the highlight to the
SET-
TINGS
icon. By pressing
ADV MODE
, you can leave the
SETTINGS SCREEN
and go back to the
ADVANCED
MODE
.
3.3 Spectrum Mode for Spectroscopic Analysis
In the
SPECTRUM MODE,
you can review and analyze the radiation field spectrum. The instrument can be
used as a small portable gamma spectroscopy field laboratory. Use the button
NEXT
to toggle through
the different elements of the bottom menu. Via the button
ADV MODE
you can go back to the
ADVANCED
MODE
main screen.
