On the screen that appears, type your Google account email address and
password.
If you’re a Gmail user, it’s your Gmail address and password.
Then tap Sign In.
NOTE
The NOOK Tablet’s Contacts app imports only relevant information from your list of Google
contacts. The app doesn’t use phone numbers, addresses, and notes, so it doesn’t import that informa-
tion. Only the first name, last name, and email addresses are imported.

On the next screen, tap “Grant access.”
If you instead tap “Deny access,”
your contacts won’t be imported.
You go back to the Social settings screen, with an indication that you’ve
logged into Google.
