of Governmental Industrial Hygienists), and ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing
Radiation Protection), which is also adopted by FCC. (See 47 CFR §§2.1091 and 2.1093 on source-
based time-averaging requirements for mobile and portable transmitters.)
